El Andador Travel Agency is responsible to users for the total provision and quality of the services described in this document, thus ensuring the correct provision of the contracted tourist services.

We are responsible for:

And if for some reason of force majeure the coordinator or guide finds it necessary to cancel the scheduled services, El Andador will have the obligation to grant a total or partial refund of the canceled part within a maximum period of 10 days, as well as offer other options to purchase the tour.
• Once the specialized Tour coupons have been issued, in case of cancellation by the user, it will not be refundable.
• El Andador, as well as the service providers who collaborate with us, have the authority to withdraw from the tour anyone who, due to serious moral or disciplinary reasons, alters or attempts against the provision of the service.
• El Andador will not assume any responsibility for legal matters in which the user may be involved during the tour, understanding that if the user is forced to abandon the tour / trip or excursion for such reasons, no refund will be made.
• Both El Andador and coadjuvant service providers do not assume any responsibility for loss or damage suffered by the user’s luggage or personal belongings during the trip or tour. Luggage and any other object that users carry with them are under their custody and responsibility.
• In order to offer a quality service, we are committed to the well-being of our users, therefore, we state that all our transport units have passenger insurance, which is valid only and exclusively on board the bus, andabus, vehicle in the form of a bottle or truck, slipping away from any incident that occurred outside our units. It is worth mentioning that the user is fully entitled to contract / purchase travel insurance, with which he will be the creditor of an insurance with broader coverage that must be contracted with an external insurance agency.

• In order to comply with our quality of service, it is necessary to provide the pertinent and necessary information at the time of the tour, that is why our coordinators, guides and operators are duly trained in customer service to be able to face any situation that may arise. to harm our users.
• For users under 18 years of age who are not traveling accompanied by one of their parents, they must go with a responsible person over 21 years of age, in addition to carrying a letter of authorization on of their parents, assuming the responsibility of making the trip without an adult responsible for the minor.
• Women in a state of pregnancy must present medical authorization to travel, or, where appropriate, sign a responsive letter where the company disclaims any accident.
• El Andador will not be responsible for any service not used voluntarily during the tour, or weather factors that do not allow the full development of it, meaning that no refund will be obtained.

• When the total cancellation of the tour and / or contracted services is made, whatever the cause, even for reasons of illness and / or death, El Andador will make the withholdings in accordance with the advance notice with which the cancellation is made: with a minimum of 1 night in advance referring to Shared Tour, you will have a 100% refund. In the case of a long trip, where there was intervention of more service providers reserved in advance, with 30 days in advance, 50%. User Policies

• All our services require prior reservation and are subject to availability of the Agency.
• For all reservations and payments with El Andador: cash payments do not include VAT. for payments made by transfers and deposits, an additional 16% will be charged. Card payments will be charged 4% for use of the application (clip). 50% advance payment is required for any reservation.
• The ascents and descents during the tour are only and specifically where the coordinator or guide indicates.
• The price of the tourist products that Viajes El Andador sells does not include any unspecified service, tickets to archaeological sites, churches or museums, parks or tourist places, personal expenses or tips. Except for private services, where the user requires such extra services, this must be described in a quote or itinerary issued and stamped by Viajes El Andador in mutual agreement with the user.
• The prices that appear on our website are informative and may undergo modifications, it is important to check them when making the reservation.
• Passengers have the responsibility to be punctual in the requested departure time and will have only 5 minutes of tolerance, after this time we are not responsible for the effects that the passenger may have.
• Passengers must appear at the agreed place, and if for any reason they do not use the service, without prior cancellation, they will have to pay the total price of the trip and there will be no refunds.
• Viajes El Andador will not be responsible for any service not used voluntarily during the tour, or weather factors that do not allow the full development of the tour, meaning that there will be no refund.
• Access to the transport units is prohibited for people under the influence of drugs or alcohol, as well as the introduction of drugs or prohibited substances, even when they have a paid ticket, which cannot be exchanged or reimbursed for any reason.

  When boarding, users must present their coupon and keep it throughout the tour as it is their traveler’s insurance.
• Our tours are suitable for all ages, with the exception of “Voces del Mezcal and Night of Lanterns” since these services are only suitable for people 18 years and older.
• Access to pets is strictly prohibited inside the unit, as well as during the tour.
• The prices managed are per person, not allusive to groups.
• Children under 3 years old do not pay a ticket
• Children from 3 to 10 years old must pay half of the previously established adult price.
• From 11 years of age the minor will pay the adult price without any exception
  Elderly people and people with disabilities will only have a discount on panoramic vehicles “Andabús”, according to article 36 section XVI of the Federal Law of Public Administration, only a 50% discount will be granted to a maximum of 2 older adults 60 years old per tour, people with disabilities will travel for free in a maximum of 2 people per tour.
• Viajes El Andador, committed to the full satisfaction of our users, it has the obligation to provide them with all the information required to carry out the recreational activities that our company provides in the best way possible.
• The reservation only applies for the indicated travel date.

• User’s luggage may be transported, as long as it has a maximum of 25 kg per person. Excess luggage will be allowed as long as the load capacity of the transport allows it, and may be rejected by the guide or coordinator, according to their criteria.
• Not applicable in conjunction with other promotions.
  At the time of paying for the trip, the passenger accepts the hotels, (in the event that the situation refers) as well as the transportation that will be used during the tours.
• When the total cancellation of the tour and / or contracted services is made, whatever the cause, even for reasons of illness and / or death, El Andador will make the withholdings according to the advance with which the cancellation is made: with a minimum of 1 night in advance referring to a shared tour, you will have a 50% refund in case the payment has already been fully covered, if only 50% of the total amount to be paid for the service has been covered, there will be no refund, after the day of service there will be no refund.
• When paying for the trip, the passenger accepts the terms, conditions and policies that Viajes El Andador stipulates to carry out the provision of its services.
